Satisfaction Guarantee

We want you to be completely satisfied with your VOD review. If your review doesn't meet our quality standards or you're genuinely unsatisfied with the coaching provided, we offer a satisfaction guarantee. Your trust matters to us, and we stand behind the quality of our coaches.

Eligible for Refund

You may request a refund if: The review was not delivered within the promised timeframe (12-48 hours depending on package), The review does not meet our quality standards (incomplete analysis, poor audio/video quality, unprofessional content), The coach failed to address the areas you specified in your order, or Technical issues on our end prevented you from accessing your review.

Not Eligible for Refund

Refunds are not available if: You simply disagree with the coach's analysis or advice (coaching is subjective), The gameplay video you submitted was of poor quality or incomplete, You provided incorrect information in your order, More than 7 days have passed since the review was delivered, or You have already requested refunds for multiple orders (abuse prevention).

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund: Contact us at support@lolreview.com within 7 days of receiving your review. Include your order number and a brief explanation of why you're requesting a refund. Our team will review your request within 2 business days. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method.

Refund Timeline

Once approved, refunds are processed within 5-10 business days. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment provider. Credit card refunds typically take 5-10 business days. Some banks may take longer to process the refund.
