By accessing or using LOL Review ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, and your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of any changes.
LOL Review provides a platform connecting League of Legends players with verified coaches who provide VOD reviews. Coaches analyze match data and replays to provide detailed feedback. We facilitate the connection between players and coaches but do not guarantee specific results or improvements in gameplay.
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must be at least 13 years old to use this Service. If you are under 18, you must have parental consent.
All prices are displayed in USD unless otherwise specified. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. By making a purchase, you authorize us to charge your payment method. All sales are final except as outlined in our Refund Policy. Prices may change without notice, but changes will not affect orders already placed.
We offer a voluntary refund policy for unused credits within 24 hours of purchase. Although we are not legally required to do so as credits are digital content, this policy is offered as a customer convenience. By purchasing credits, you acknowledge and agree to the following refund terms:
If you request a refund within 24 hours of your purchase, you are eligible for a full 100% refund of unused credits to your original payment method. Refunds are not available after this 24-hour window.

If you have used some credits from a purchase, the used credits are valued at the single credit price ($15 each) when calculating your refund. This prevents abuse of bulk pricing discounts. Example: If you buy 10 credits for $125 and use 1, the refundable amount is $125 minus $15 (the single credit value) = $110.
Credits received through promotions, bonuses, or referral programs are not eligible for refund. Only purchased credits may be refunded.
Under EU law, consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal for online purchases. However, this right does not apply to digital content once you have begun using it and have agreed to waive this right. By purchasing credits and using them, you acknowledge that you are waiving your right of withdrawal for the used portion. Our voluntary refund policy above exceeds the minimum legal requirements.
You retain ownership of any content you submit. By submitting Game IDs and requests, you grant us a non-exclusive license to fetch and use match data for providing the Service. We may remove content that violates these terms or is inappropriate.
All content, features, and functionality of the Service are owned by LOL Review and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. League of Legends and related marks are trademarks of Riot Games, Inc. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by Riot Games.
LOL Review is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service. Some jurisdictions do not allow limitation of liability, so these limitations may not apply to you.
We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Utrecht, Netherlands. If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect.
